How to add a scroll object dynamically in scroll view using NGUI

hai everyone...i am trying to add a scrolling object dynamically to a grid object..dont know how to add a child object to the grid...iam using scrollPanel -scrollView --Grid ----scrollObj1 ----scrollObj2 ----scrollObj3 and my que is how to add the scroll obj4 in that list.....iam using unity 5.2.2 and ngui v3.7.6...expecting a brief explanation with the code snippet in c#
